The KT5 contrast sensors are industrial photoelectric sensors featuring an LED light source and a sensing distance of 10 mm. They offer a PNP switching output and a light spot size of 1.2 mm x 4.2 mm with vertical light spot direction. Connection is via a 5-pin M12 plug, and adjustment is performed using a teach-in button with a static 2-point teach-in mode. The housing is constructed from metal, with light emission available from both the long and short sides of the housing.
